8. PHOTOGRAPHY
People in photographs taken by us are subject to our Privacy Policy and the rights therein. We do not take or store any photographs without the consent of the people in them and the person/company commissioning them. All photos are held securely on external hard drives which are not connected to the internet and which are held in secure facilities on our premises. While we retain ownership of the copyright and files of all photographs we take, no photographs are publicly displayed without the consent of the commissioning party and those displayed in the photograph.

 

9. CONTROLS FOR DO-NOT-TRACK FEATURES
Most web browsers and some mobile operating systems and mobile applications include a Do-Not Track (“DNT”) feature or setting you can activate to signal your privacy preference not to have data about your online browsing activities monitored and collected.
